bonjour pourriez vous me dire quel est ne numero du dernier firmware le plus recent accessible merci . est ce celui en 0818 ou le 1107 car le 1107 est dispo sur le site francais non ?

Petit retour de nos amis anglais concernant notre petit problème.

I have some info for the people suffering from huge magenta push on their xt910's. Chris from Hisense informed that they are aware of the problem and working to get a firmware fix out. To be more specific about what's causing it, at some point at the factory a different revision of panel was used without suitable changes made to the chipset and firmware. The settings loaded into the 'magenta' tv's are expecting the original revision of the panel and of course this is why the colours are all over the place. Note this is a layman's explanation and Chris hinted at a more technical explanation but it went over my head.
The person who calibrates the factory settings is based in Germany and is working on an updated firmware profile to solve the issues. I know this only affects a portion of the xt910 owners, myself included. To those who's colours are just fine ignore this as your set is a good one. To those who are suffering magenta hue problems and generally weird CMS behaviour its been said that a solution will hopefully be released within the next couple of weeks. Chris also added if it wasn't fixed at that time then he'd work something out regarding a refund/exchange. Its worth contacting them just make them aware you have a 'bad' tv so if a fix isn't found then you'll get a resolution since this is a manufacturing issue and consumer rights, at least in the UK, protect against such defects even out of warranty.
I appreciate Chris being honest about the situation, its easy to imagine other companies brushing the problem under the rug and not giving customers the whole picture. Let's hope that a fix can be found so we can finally draw a line under this issue.

Just to update and probably my last contribution to this thread.
I spoke to Chris yesterday and got a refund. I'll be returning the TV to Crampton and Moore on Monday. Sadly there was still no firmware update specifically to fix the magenta issue. He couldn't give any date or if they were actively working on a fix. I got the sense that the problem might be deeper than just firmware or that its just not worth the cost to investigate and come up with a fix. Either way I'd recommend anyone with this problem contact hisense and discuss your options.

J'ai également ce problème de dérive vers le magenta. J'ai écris à Hisense. J'attends une réponse. Sans nouvelle engageante de leur part je propose d'envoyer une lettre recommandée pour mettre Hisense en demeure de nous apporter une réponse définitive. Nous avions déjà reçu, suite a un courrier officiel, une réponse d'un cadre supérieur de la société qui s'engageait à résoudre les problèmes.
Vous en pensez quoi?
