ça ne va pas être pratique pour ceux qui vont le mettre au mur!!!

On y apprend qu'ils ont tellement peur que le TV bascule vers l'avant "accidentellement", qu'ils ont prévu des trous pour y visser des 2 "oeillets" pour une corde ou chaine, ensuite fixée au mur arrière ... :^)

I tried to measure screen uniformity, using the technique employed by http://www.rtings.com/ They use a 50% gray screen and a 5% gray screen.

From their web site…





I downloaded the additional images recommended by video_analysis and shot photos of 0%, 3%, 5%, 50%, and 100% white in a dark room using a Sony A7RII on a tripod with the rtings settings and auto white balance. The TV is set to Cinema Pro with no changes otherwise. Using rtings settings, the photos of 0, 3, and 5% were jet black and the 50% and 100% looked the same gray. They didn’t look like what I was seeing. I got the closest result (still not perfect) using ISO of 400 with P mode on the camera. So I’ve attached them for what they’re worth. I’d welcome any suggestions on how to do it better.

It’s Easter week-end and our condo is full of visiting kids and grandkids plus friends. Every single individual has remarked that the picture was the best they have ever seen… Even my wife, the ultimate curmudgeon technophobe, agreed…

Ces p**ains de bandes verticales c'est exactement ce que j'ai avec mon E6!!! On va encore de se taper une année avec une uniformité de merde :tetedanslmur:

Et ce genre de banding/DSE sur l'OLED ça se voit uniquement lors de scènes très sombres ou bien ça se voit tout le temps dès que la caméra bouge comme sur les TV LED?

Que dans les scènes sombres ... heureusement sinon je n'aurai plus mon OLED depuis longtemps !

Ensuite il faut savoir que le rodage permet de bien les atténuer, et aussi un réglage de gamma un peu plus faible les estompe aussi.

Ouf car le DSE des LED est insupportable pour moi, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience a ce sujet alors je suis méfiant ^^

Mais les photos de ce A1 font peur quand même. J'aurais cru au contraire que augmenter le gamma permettrait de gommer ça car le baisser rend l'affichage plus sombre. Perso je règle toujours mon gamma a -2.4 pour les films.

Ah ben je crois que sur le forum on va encore entendre parler de sav et que c est de la merde et que c est scandaleux à ce prix .
Mais bon c est pas rassurant quand même car sur mon zd9 je n ai même pas ce genre de soucis .
Et si ça se voit dans le noir ben si l'oled est censé avoir des noirs abyssaux ............ y a meme les effets
